It's the grand opening of Cubbard Express #16 .   Cubbard Express Convenience stores are owned and operated
by Bumgarner Oil Company of Hickory. Founded in 1954 by Glenn Bumgarner, Bumgarner Oil started as a heating oil and kerosene business.
In the 1980's, the convenience store business was added. They have grown to 16 locations across the Catawba Valley. They strive to have clean, well lit,
well stocked and friendly locations that offer value and convenience to their customers.   They are excited to open this brand new location
on the corner of Startown Rd. and Catawba Valley Blvd. Customers will find all of their favorite Snacks, Drinks & Tobacco, as well as well-stocked " Beer Vault".
They also have a food service program offering your favorite breakfast sandwiches, as well as "Grab & Go" pizza and wings. Customers will also
benefit from four grades of gasoline, Regular, Plus and Premium E10 Gasoline, as well as E85 Regular and Diesel. They are also proud to partner
with HARA Food Service group to offer a Dunkin Donuts location with "drive through".   This location will operate on a 5am to 10pm schedule Monday thru Wednesday
and 6am to 10pm Sunday. Thursday thru Saturday we will be open at 5am thru 11pm. The store manager is industry veteran, Sabrina Mastroly.
Sabrina has been a valued manager with the company for nearly 20 years. Cubbard Express #16 is located at 2357 Catawba Valley Blvd SE, Hickory
(corner of Startown Road & Catawba Valley Blvd).
